Each house has 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a utility-storage room. Each house has 152 sq. mt./ 1650 sq. ft. The lot sizes are 1,077.90sq. mt. / 11,600 sq. ft. for lot #7, and 1,158.70 sq.mt / 12,500sq.ft

Also included in the price of each house: 3 bedroom closets(option to make the 3rd bedroom an office), 3 beds, a kitchen island, lower and upper cabinetry, and cabinets in the 2 bathrooms.

The house will have an outside shower, the floor will be finished withan acid stain, and for the roof we installed Spanish clay tiles. 

All wood work is custom made by a local carpenter.

Development is design to be a low maintanance landscaping including a nice concrete wall in the front of the lot, plants, trees, automatic irrigation, nice flag stones entrance, french drainage for rain water  and a lot of other small details.
